My Life

Like most people, I had led a routine life. I graduated from college, started working, got married and had a child. I gained a lot of weight too, which is natural after pregnancy, right! But 2nd pregnancy gave me a hit.

Shaped by conflict—years of eating junk food, late night binging, sedentary lifestyle; then something which eventually weighs them down to a breaking point.

It Became A Habit

It Became As Essential As Breathing

And then my interest brought me to study nutrition. Holding international post graduate diploma in nutrition, diploma in dietetics health and nutrition and many certified courses as well.

Holding intership experience in a cancer special yet multispeciality HOSPITAL.

Brought good learnings that our body has innate capacity to heal itself if only provided with right food combinations and keep the system biologically balanced.

MY aim remains simple to introduce simple yet practical ways of eating and living a healthy life.

And so I evolved myself as a wellness coach, a motivational speaker, and a healer too…
In nutshell …

God is my teacher and Universe assists me about insights and assimilating courage and wisdom,

which I strive to spread as it justifies the very purpose of knowledge.

I aim at kindling hope in the humanity.

But in the span of years of my practice I realised that sometimes only diets don’t help. Our body needs holistic approach.

We need to declutter our mind, we have to remain stress free and living with positivity is what brings in your hormones into a balance.

A 360 degree holistic approach is what I wanted to give to humanity and that’s how

 When I meet people, I want to know the ideas which prevail on their respective minds, their journey, their experiences and lessons. I often think, wouldn’t it be the same for them to want to know me. So as we all march ahead, my passage through time so far, here I wish to share with you.

I started learning, reading books, listening to eminent personalities, did my own researches.

True healing doesn’t begin with the body, it begins within. During my work, I saw that no diet can truly work if something inside you feels broken, unheard, or unresolved.

That realisation became the turning point of my life. What started as a quiet
inner calling soon led me into a deeper path of self-discovery and spirituality. Around 2020–21, this journey intensified as I began exploring automatic writing, intuition, and energy work more consistently. Over time, my connection with subtle energies deepened, along with my understanding of inner healing and alignment. Today, my work stands at the intersection of the physical and the spiritual. I combine my foundation in nutrition with intuitive guidance, helping you not just heal your body—but reconnect with your true self.

Working with clients across the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe, I support individuals in evolving into a clearer, more aligned version of themselves. I walk with them through different phases of their life journey, gently reminding them that healing, clarity, and awakening already
exist within.

Through my work, I also help people connect with their loved ones on the other side—creating a bridge that brings immense peace not only to the soul but also to those living here on Earth. This sense of closure and inner calm allows them to move forward, focusing on their physical life with greater strength, clarity, and balance.

Being a clinical nutrionist for over years now helped of 5000+ people to lose weight ,to gain health. Have helped people to understand how food can be used as medicine.

She has also given seminars in various events ,has been chief guest ,guiding people to understand value of eating right food at right time
